This Northern Coromandel organic honey is rich, raw & sweet to the taste with smooth to slightly grainy texture. Shades of amber with some natural streaking, frosting or crystallisation occurring. These are natural stages of Mānuka Multifloral honey and vary with each batch & season.
Uses:
A natural sweetener and alternative to sugar, enjoy raw, as a spread, in beverages, baking or marinades.
